people to understand the condition that our floors were in before you
helped us. The floors are pre-finished factory stained all wood floors and
they were never supposed to be waxed. When we purchased our home it
was 9 years old and I could never get the floors clean because of the build
up of wax. You had to screen the floors several times before they were in
condition enough to recoat. Our fear at first was the possibility of having
to sand the floors down through the entire finish.
